Chophouse at Nocatee: Now Open!

Chophouse at Nocatee is an upscale steakhouse restaurant and rooftop bar. The restaurant features high-end cuts of steak, fresh seafood, and a large collection of wine, bourbon and craft cocktails. Chophouse offers several different dining choices that include an inside bar, main dining room, an outside ground level patio, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a covered and open rooftop bar.

Coastal Wine & Tapas: Opening Late Summer 2025!

Nocatee’s own Coastal Wine Market & Tasting Room is thrilled to announce that they are rebranding and relocating to a new, expanded space in Nocatee Town Center. The elevated Coastal Wine & Tapas will include a waterfront patio, private dining room and state-of-the-art kitchen, mirroring the same friendly atmosphere that has kept their loyal guests coming back for years. They will continue to offer house-made and chef-curated tapas, boutique wine offerings, unique craft beer selections, top-notch table service and weekly drink & food specials.

°degree Wellness: Now Open! 

°degree Wellness is a premier wellness studio, offering advanced technologies to enhance physical and mental health. °degree offers science-backed services like Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Cold Plunge, Compression Massage, IV Drips and Vitamin Injections all in a luxurious atmosphere. 

Future Retail Center (North of the St. Johns County Fire Station)

Nocatee Town Center West

• Daily's Gas Station & Convenience Store: 
• A new Daily's convenience store will be located in front of the Publix Supermarket, on the corner of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Burbank Avenue. Daily's anticipates beginning construction over the next year.

The Goddard School: Now Open!

The Goddard School, a nationally acclaimed early childhood education franchise, has opened a new location in Nocatee. The new school includes an indoor gymnasium, a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) room, an outdoor sport court, an outdoor learning classroom, an outdoor amphitheater and a turf athletic field alongside multiple playground structures.

Fleet Landing Nocatee: Opening 2027!

Fleet Landing Nocatee is a luxury retirement community that offers an active and independent lifestyle for adults ages 62 & older. • Publix Supermarket and Tenants: Opening 2027!
• Publix Supermarket is opening a new location in the coming-soon Marketplace at Nocatee shopping center located off Valley Ridge Boulevard on the west side of Nocatee Town Center. This Publix will also include a Publix Liquors and a pharmacy drive-thru. Marketplace at Nocatee will eventually include the Publix, restaurants, office space and additional neighborhood services.

• Velara Apartments: Opening Summer 2026!
• Thompson Thrift will develop Velara, a 312-unit Class A multifamily community off Burbank Avenue, in the western interchange of the Town Center, south of Bainbridge. Construction is slated to begin mid-February, with the first residents expected to move in during Summer 2026.

Wheelhouse West End: Opening Early Spring 2025! 

Wheelhouse is a luxury automotive storage community that provides the ideal environment to store and enjoy your vehicles. This is the second Wheelhouse location in the Nocatee community. Wheelhouse West End is now sold-out.
