The PARC Group, master developer of Nocatee, has announced that a Publix Supermarket will anchor its new shopping center located off Valley Ridge Boulevard on the west side of Nocatee’s Town Center. The Marketplace at Nocatee shopping center will include the grocery store, restaurants, office space and more.
The initial phase of development consists of approximately 64,000 square-feet for retail and other uses. This will include 48,000 square-feet for the Publix Supermarket, including Publix Liquors and a pharmacy drive-thru, and 16,000 square-feet for in-line space and multiple outparcels. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025 with an anticipated opening in 2027.
