The Marketplace at Nocatee shopping center will include the grocery store, restaurants, office space and more.      The initial phase of development consists of approximately 64,000 square-feet for retail and other uses. This will include 48,000 square-feet for the Publix Supermarket, including Publix Liquors and a pharmacy drive-thru, and 16,000 square-feet for in-line space and multiple outparcels.
