*Updated: September 16, 2024*

The PARC Group and Skinner Bros. Realty are pleased to announce that construction will soon begin on the next phase of the Nocatee Town Center. The new expansion will be comprised of two buildings, totaling 17,000 square feet of retail space, with additional tenants to be announced in the near future. The expansion will be anchored by a high-end steakhouse with a rooftop bar overlooking the water.

“We are excited for these unique additions to our vibrant Town Center,” said Michael O’Steen, Managing Director at [The PARC Group](https://www.parcgroup.net/), Nocatee’s master developer. “We remain committed to meeting the lifestyle needs of our residents and our growing community."

The Chophouse at Nocatee is a new restaurant and rooftop bar that will be located in the heart of Nocatee Town Center. The restaurant will feature high-end cuts of steak, fresh seafood, and a large collection of wine, bourbon and craft cocktails.  The restaurant will offer several different dining options that include an inside cozy bar, main dining room, an outside ground level patio, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a covered and open rooftop bar.

The Chophouse at Nocatee is owned and managed by the same team behind Chophouse Thirteen in Mandarin, and will bring the same high-quality service that has made Chophouse Thirteen a local favorite. “We look forward to becoming a part of the Nocatee community and providing a great fine dining experience for its residents. The Chophouse at Nocatee will be the destination to gather with friends and family… for all occasions,” said Larry Press, Managing Member.

“This next phase of retail will tie everything together to create the walkable Town Center we’ve been working hard to achieve over the past several years,” said Riley Skinner, Vice President of [Skinner Bros. Realty](https://www.nocatee.com/retail-space-to-lease).

Construction is scheduled to begin in the next few months, with an anticipated opening date in Late 2024. For more information on the new retail opportunities in Nocatee Town Center, please contact Riley Skinner at riley@skinnerrealty.com.

With great shopping, charming places to eat & drink, and a variety of specialty services, the Nocatee Town Center is already a popular destination for community residents.
