Local residents Steve & Shaun Lourie are eager to share their elevated vision, which includes a waterfront patio, private dining room and state-of-the-art kitchen, mirroring the same friendly atmosphere that has kept their loyal guests coming back to their current location for years.![Coastal Wine & Tapas Nocatee](https://news.nocatee.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Coastal%20Wines-1.jpg?width=312&height=208&name=Coastal%20Wines-1.jpg)    “This is the holy grail for us as small business owners,” said Steve Lourie, Co-owner. “We get to continue growing in our hometown of Nocatee and create a footprint that our guests will enjoy for years to come.” Co-owner Shaun Lourie added, "We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our incredible team members and loyal community, who are the heart of our success and the driving force behind our growth. We’re elevating everything—from the ambiance to the seating, and even our name. We are excited to bring this vision to life and can’t wait for the community to see what we’ve been working on."   Coastal Wine & Tapas isn’t moving that far at all. In fact, they will soon occupy the space adjacent to [The Chophouse at Nocatee](https://news.nocatee.com/nocatee-town-center-expansion-includes-steakhouse-and-rooftop-bar).   ![Steve & Shaun Lourie of Coastal Wine & Tapas](https://news.nocatee.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Steve%20%26%20Shaun%20Lourie-1-2.jpeg?width=444&height=311&name=Steve%20%26%20Shaun%20Lourie-1-2.jpeg)For those unfamiliar, Coastal Wine & Tapas, which originally opened as a retail concept, has continued to develop and evolve just like Nocatee. It is the go-to place for adults who seek a little conversation, relaxation and connection in a warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer house-made and chef-curated tapas, boutique wine offerings, unique craft beer selections, top-notch table service, and weekly drink and food specials. Menu staples like their Coastal Angus Sliders, Coconut Shrimp, Flatbreads, Goat Cheese and Fig Jam and award-winning Charcuterie Boards have kept guests enjoying and returning for years. Along with an extensive wine-by-the-glass and bottle menu, Coastal Wine & Tapas offers specialty wine flights and remarkable Winemaker Events & Wine Tastings.   “We are thrilled to have Coastal Wine & Tapas anchor what will be a destination dining pocket for all of Ponte Vedra. We have worked with owners Steve & Shaun Lourie since they opened their doors in 2016 and it has been a joy to watch them grow into a beloved Nocatee favorite. We look forward to many more years to come providing Nocatee residents a first class dining experience,” said Riley Skinner, Vice President of Skinner Bros. Realty.   Coastal Wine & Tapas is projected to open Late Summer 2025.
