The Ponte Vedra Recorder released the winners of its 2020 Best of the Best of Ponte Vedra contest this morning and Nocatee won BIG! Readers and community members voted daily, helping Nocatee receive the most votes for two major categories:
Best Community to Live - Nocatee
Earlier this summer, Nocatee was ranked the EIGHTH Best-Selling Master-Planned Community in America by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors in its mid-year report of Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities of 2020.
