Construction will soon begin on the next retail building in the Nocatee Town Center.
In January 2019, Skinner Realty and PARC Group announced the next phase of retail in Nocatee Town Center, east of Crosswater Parkway. The anchor GreenWise Market, a specialty organic grocery store, is scheduled to open Early Summer 2020. Other retailers opening Summer 2020 include First Watch, Clean Juice, Tanks Sushi Bistro, Ben and Jerry's, Really Good Beer Stop.
