Nocatee has been ranked the #1 Best Suburb to Raise a Family in Florida in 2024 by Niche. This is the fourth consecutive year that the master-planned community has received this top honor from [Niche](https://www.niche.com/places-to-live/nocatee-st-johns-fl/), an online publisher of nationwide rankings and reviews for schools, cities, neighborhoods and more.

This recognition not only reflects the undeniable charm of the community but also underscores the commitment [The PARC Group](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/the-parc-group) shares to providing an exceptional living experience for families. With top-tier schools, abundant recreational opportunities and a strong sense of community, Nocatee embodies the essence of what it means to thrive in a suburban setting.![Nocatee Spray Waterpark](https://news.nocatee.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0077-1-1.jpg?width=221&height=296&name=IMG_0077-1-1.jpg)

In 2023, Nocatee announced a handful of [new businesses](https://info.nocatee.com/town-center-directory) in Nocatee Town Center that include Bronx Pizza, [ChopHouse](https://news.nocatee.com/nocatee-town-center-expansion-includes-steakhouse-and-rooftop-bar), Degree Wellness, The Goddard School, The Social Society Party Store and V's Barbershop. In December 2023, the locally owned Mayday Ice Cream officially opened to much resident fan fare. [Seabrook Park](https://www.nocatee.com/lifestyle/seabrook-park), Nocatee's newest CDD amenity with a large family pool, is slated to open April 2024.

2023 and the beginning of 2024 has also been an exciting time for builders with Coral Ridge at Seabrook, Crosswinds and Woodland Park all officially opening for sales. To view all actively-selling Nocatee neighborhoods, click [HERE](https://www.nocatee.com/neighborhoods).
