The Turner family is excited to announce their sixth area Turner Hardware location, coming to Nocatee in 2027. The new store will be located just south of the Nocatee Fire Station on Crosswater Parkway. This local, family-owned, fourth generation company has been serving the area since 1950.
Construction on the store in Nocatee is planned to begin in Spring 2026, with doors expected to open in Summer 2027 — bringing Turner’s signature customer service and unique offerings to the heart of the community.
At the new Nocatee location, customers can expect the same incredible customer service and all the supplies typically found at a neighborhood hardware store — and so much more. With over 50,000 square feet of combined indoor and covered outdoor space, the store will offer a unique, ever-evolving product mix curated to meet the needs of the neighborhood.
In addition to classic hardware store staples like tools, paint, plumbing, electrical, hardware, and lawn and garden supplies, the store will feature premium assortments of grills, outdoor furniture, home decor, plants, pottery, and fine apparel — similar to the offerings at Turner Hardware’s two largest locations at Marsh Landing in South Jacksonville Beach and World Golf Village in Saint Augustine. Customers will find North Florida’s biggest and best selection of high-quality grills from top brands like Big Green Egg, Weber, Napoleon, Yoder Smokers, Traeger, Alfresco, Twin Eagles, and DCS; coolers and drinkware from Yeti and Stanley; outdoor power equipment from Stihl; premium outdoor furniture from Kingsley Bate and Berlin Gardens; and Turner’s signature selection of home décor inspired by the area’s coastal lifestyle.
The store in Nocatee will also include the third — and largest — location of The Ledge, featuring apparel and footwear from brands such as Olukai, Vuori, Tommy Bahama, Free Fly, Faherty, Marsh Wear, Melin, Reef, Rainbow, and many more.
