The St. Johns County School Board officially approved a zoning plan that may impact many students living in Nocatee. The new zoning plan takes into consideration the new K-8 school in Nocatee that is currently under construction, K-8 School “RR.” The new school will open for the 2026–2027 school year and will be located just south of the Seabrook Village neighborhood.
The K-8 School “RR” will open as a K–7 school for the 2026–2027 school year, expanding to a full K–8 campus for the 2027–2028 school year.
