The first restaurant has been announced for Marketplace at Nocatee.
SoFresh, a fast-casual restaurant known for its chef-crafted bowls, salads, wraps, quesadillas, and smoothies, is expected to open in Late Summer 2026, bringing a fresh dining option to Nocatee's newest retail destination.
Anchored by a new Publix Super Market, Marketplace at Nocatee is located off Valley Ridge Boulevard on the west side of Nocatee Town Center. The development will bring additional retail, dining, and office space, continuing to expand everyday convenience for residents.
The new SoFresh restaurant will offer a menu of cooked-to-order bowls, salads, wraps, quesadillas, and smoothies, with customizable options including a variety of proteins, vegetables, bases, and sauces. Guests will also find menu choices to accommodate a range of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, and high-protein lifestyles.
According to SoFresh Founder John Williams, Nocatee's active and growing community made it a natural fit for the brand.
"SoFresh was built around the idea that people shouldn't have to choose between convenience and quality," Williams said. "Nocatee is a vibrant, growing community filled with families, professionals, and active lifestyles, which makes it a great fit for our brand."
In addition to dine-in service, the restaurant will offer online ordering, pickup, delivery, and catering, making it easy for residents to enjoy SoFresh at home, at work, or on the go.
To celebrate the opening, SoFresh plans to host a Grand Opening event featuring a $5 Meal Deal, where guests can enjoy any bowl, wrap, salad, or quesadilla with one protein for just $5. The official Grand Opening date will be announced closer to opening.
