Shores Fine Wine & Spirits is coming to Marketplace at Nocatee, with an expected opening in late 2027.
Spanning 15,000 square feet, the store will introduce a new concept for Nocatee — a wine and cheese bar designed as a casual gathering space for the community.
Shoppers can expect an extensive selection of beer, wine, spirits, and cigars, catering to a wide range of preferences.
Marketplace at Nocatee is anchored by a new Publix Supermarket and is located off Valley Ridge Boulevard on the west side of the Nocatee Town Center. The development will include additional retail, restaurants, office space, and more, further expanding everyday convenience for residents.
