Settler's Pond is a new CDD amenity that has officially opened to all Nocatee residents! The recreational area is anchored by a 14-acre pond that is stocked for recreational fishing. Non-motorized water sports such as kayaks and canoes are permitted to reach the pond's best fishing spots.Settler's Pond at Nocatee Dock

Settler's Pond also includes large shaded playgrounds for kids of all ages, a waterfront pavilion with ample seating to relax, restrooms, and separate small & large dog park spaces to socialize and exercise your four-legged family members. Lastly, Settler's Pond includes a walking trail to the Settler's Landing neighborhood, as well as a walking trail to the new K-8 school, Pine Island Academy. EV (electric vehicle/golf-cart) parking and bike racks are also available. Settler's Pond is open daily from dawn til dusk.

Settler's Pond is nestled between the Settler's Landing neighborhood and the new Pine Island Academy. To view a map of the Nocatee community, check out the interactive 'Explore Nocatee' site.
