The new center will be located directly adjacent (east) of the GATE station at Valley Ridge Blvd. and U.S. 1/Phillips Highway. PruittHealth at Nocatee is slated to open in Late 2026 with construction beginning Late 2024.   “For more than 50 years, my family has taken pride in elevating the level of care provided in communities we serve, and we’re excited to do that for those who call Nocatee home,” Neil L. Pruitt Jr., chairman and CEO of PruittHealth, said. “We recognize the importance of creating a truly homelike environment that promotes well-being, and have spared no expense to achieve that with the design of the new center.”   Construction of the PruittHealth center is slated to begin this fall. The new center, which will house 120 beds, largely will consist of spacious, private suites and upscale amenities including a spa. The center also will boast a cafe and open courtyards with outdoor fireplaces, waterfalls, a serenity garden and more.   “At PruittHealth, our mission centers on our Commitment to Caring, and that commitment includes providing our patients with the most homelike, holistic surroundings available,” Pruitt said. “We believe a welcoming, healing environment works in tandem with the high-quality clinical care the families who have entrusted us with looking after their loved ones’ health have come to know and expect from PruittHealth.”   For more information about PruittHealth at Nocatee, click [**HERE **](https://www.nocatee.com/contact-pruitthealth) **![Pruitt Health Coming to Nocatee](https://news.nocatee.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PruittHealth-annoucement-2.jpg?width=839&height=663&name=PruittHealth-annoucement-2.jpg)**   --- *To learn about new homes available in Nocatee, explore [www.nocatee.com](https://www.nocatee.com/), call (904)-924-6863 or stop by the [Nocatee Welcome Center](https://www.nocatee.com/welcome-center?hsCtaTracking=2b7153f3-7b77-49b9-8d54-5563efeba78f%7C90e38c52-61c4-4c56-b2f4-1a53c619f742).* Topics: [Nocatee News](https://news.nocatee.com/topic/nocatee-news), [Northeast Florida News](https://news.nocatee.com/topic/northeast-florida-news), [Nursing & Rehabilitation Center](https://news.nocatee.com/topic/nursing-rehabilitation-center) #### Share The Lifestyle! - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) Search for Blog Posts Search ### Posts by Topic - [Nocatee Town Center (50)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/nocatee-town-center) - [Town Center Retailers (27)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/town-center-retailers) - [Nocatee News (24)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/nocatee-news) - [New Home Search (20)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/new-home-search) - [Business News (19)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/business-news) - [The PARC Group (18)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/the-parc-group) - [Nocatee Retailers (16)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/nocatee-retailers) - [Nocatee Builders (15)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/nocatee-builders) - [Dining at Nocatee (14)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/dining-at-nocatee) - [Growing Families (14)](https://news.nocatee.com/tag/growing-families) - [Skinner Bros.
