Using your very own model-home guide, guests will be able to tour up to 13 designer-decorated model-homes! FYI, all floor-plans can be previewed ahead of time by using Nocatee's Find Your Home Tool.
Parking for the event starts at the Pioneer Village Model Park, located at 100 Pioneer Village Dr, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. Golf-cart shuttles will be available. This FREE and family-friendly event is open to the public and a great opportunity to preview the Nocatee lifestyle!
