Nocatee is approaching an exciting milestone. The community is now 99% sold out, with approximately 100 homes remaining across seven actively selling neighborhoods. Single-family homes and townhomes are expected to sell out in 2027.

As new-home sales near completion, the Nocatee Welcome Center will permanently close on Friday, December 11 at 5:30 p.m.
