Here’s a cheat sheet to help you map out the actively-selling and coming-soon neighborhoods of Nocatee by builder for all of your buyers -- from first-time homebuyers and empty-nesters to growing families and retirees:

Future Nocatee Neighborhoods

The PARC Group is actively designing several neighborhoods that are expected to open in late 2022. There is no information at this time on builders, floor-plans and pricing. To learn more, CLICK HERE. Development is also underway for 215 single-family homes and villas in Crosswinds at Nocatee. Crosswinds is slated to open in 2024, with builders and floor-plans slated to be released in Summer 2023. Stay tuned to Nocatee emails for future updates.
