The following announcement was provided by Center Connect Development, developer of The Hub at Nocatee.
The Hub at Nocatee will be a 63,225-square-foot urban marketplace. The retail center will bring new dining, retail, entertainment, and service-oriented offerings to one of Northeast Florida's fastest-growing master-planned communities.
Located adjacent to Publix in Marketplace at Nocatee and west of Valley Ridge Boulevard South, The Hub at Nocatee is designed as a walkable destination where residents and visitors can gather, shop, dine, and enjoy community-focused experiences. It is anticipated to open in 2028.
Designed for a Growing Community
Centered around an open-air courtyard, The Hub will feature outdoor seating, weekend live music and events, and a curated mix of restaurant and retail concepts. The design blends everyday convenience with an energetic community setting, creating a destination for both daily visits and special outings.
The conceptual site plan includes multiple retail buildings arranged around the central gathering space, along with dedicated golf cart parking.

A Vision for The Hub
"We see The Hub at Nocatee as a place that will bring people together in a meaningful way," said Paul Bissett, developer of The Hub at Nocatee. "Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that supports everyday needs while also offering a lively destination for dining, shopping, entertainment, and community events."
Opportunities for Businesses
The Hub at Nocatee also presents opportunities for retailers, restaurants, and service providers looking to establish a presence within one of the region's most desirable and rapidly expanding residential markets.
The Hub at Nocatee is expected to open in 2028. Additional information about the project will be shared as it becomes available.
