Publix Supermarket: Now Open
The Marketplace at Nocatee Publix is now open and serving the community with a full-service grocery store, pharmacy drive-thru, and adjacent Publix Liquors.
SoFresh: Opening Late Summer 2026
SoFresh, a fast-casual restaurant known for its chef-crafted bowls, salads, wraps, quesadillas, and smoothies, is bringing a flavorful dining option to Marketplace at Nocatee.
The new restaurant will offer cooked-to-order bowls, salads, wraps, quesadillas, and smoothies with customizable proteins, vegetables, bases, and sauces. Guests will also find menu options for a variety of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, and high-protein lifestyles. In addition to dine-in service, SoFresh will offer online ordering, pickup, delivery, and catering.
Gate Gas Station & Convenience Store: Opening 2026
A new Gate convenience store will be located in front of the Publix Supermarket at the corner of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Burbank Avenue.
The location will offer fuel, grab-and-go food and beverages, and everyday convenience items, making it an easy stop for residents on the go.
BODYBAR Pilates: Opening Fall 2026
Owned by local Twenty Mile at Nocatee residents, the studio was inspired by a desire to bring low-impact, strength-focused workouts to the community while supporting an active lifestyle at any age.
Designed with Nocatee's wellness-minded residents in mind, BODYBAR offers a modern boutique Pilates experience centered around expert-led, reformer-based classes that build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. The studio will feature 14 reformers for a more personalized class experience, along with a curated retail boutique offering premium athletic wear. BODYBAR Pilates Mandarin in Jacksonville will serve as its sister studio.
The Nail Boutique Spa: Opening Late October 2026
The Nail Boutique Spa is bringing a full-service nail salon to Marketplace at Nocatee. In addition to manicures and pedicures, the salon will also offer eyebrow and eyelash services, providing another convenient beauty destination for residents and visitors.
Shores Fine Wine & Spirits: Opening Late 2027
Spanning approximately 15,000 square feet, Shores Fine Wine & Spirits will introduce a unique concept to Nocatee with a wine and cheese bar designed as a casual gathering space for the community. The store will feature an extensive selection of beer, wine, spirits, and cigars, creating a destination for both everyday shopping and special occasions.
The Hub at Nocatee: Opening 2028
Located adjacent to Publix in Marketplace at Nocatee, west of Valley Ridge Boulevard, The Hub at Nocatee will be a 63,225-square-foot urban marketplace featuring new dining, shopping, entertainment, and service-oriented businesses.
Centered around an open-air courtyard, The Hub will offer outdoor seating, weekend live music and events, and a mix of restaurants, retailers, and services, creating a vibrant destination for everyday visits and special outings.
