A local development group, NTM Valley Ridge, LLC, has completed its acquisition of a 2-acre commercial site located at the intersection of Valley Ridge Blvd and Greenleaf Drive in Nocatee.
The project will be developed into a 4 Building, 16,000 square foot medical, dental and commercial office complex to be known as Greenleaf Professional Park.
Dental Specialists of North Florida will be building a new office in the Park. This will be their third location in Northeast Florida.

This project represents a significant milestone in our efforts to expand Dental Specialists of North Florida and further our mission to provide the people of our community access to high-quality periodontal and dental implant care. Construction of the site is anticipated to commence in early 2025 with the first building being completed in late 2025.
