A new Firehouse Subs restaurant is coming to Nocatee, with plans to open in late Fall 2026 at The Corner Markets at Nocatee, located on Crosswater Parkway across from the Splash Waterpark.
The new restaurant will be company-owned and operated by Tim Foster, Director of Company Operations for Firehouse Subs. Foster has been with the brand for more than 15 years and is excited to bring the restaurant closer to home for residents throughout St. Johns County.
Founded by former firefighter brothers more than 30 years ago, Firehouse Subs is known for its hot specialty subs, premium ingredients, and commitment to supporting first responders through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
The Nocatee location will feature decor celebrating the brand's fire and police service roots, including memorabilia donated by local fire departments. Guests will also find a custom mural by Firehouse Subs Chief Mural Artist Joe Puskas featuring the iconic Nocatee Splash Waterpark slide alongside a local firetruck.
