Salata, the popular build-your-own salad and wrap restaurant, is coming to the Nocatee Town Center. The new location will move into the space formerly home to Coastal Wine Market & Tasting Room and is scheduled to open in January 2026.
Known for its fresh, customizable meals, Salata gives guests the freedom to create salads and wraps that fit their lifestyle. With over 50 toppings, five bases, lean proteins, and 11 house-made dressings prepared fresh daily, the menu is designed to be as healthy, hearty, or adventurous as you want. Beyond salads and wraps, Salata will also serve soups, organic teas, and fresh lemonades — plus online ordering, delivery, and catering options for added convenience.
The Nocatee location will be owned and operated by Jason and Sandy O’Hara, industry veterans with deep ties to Northeast Florida. The O’Haras were stationed in Jacksonville more than 20 years ago during Jason’s service as a U.S. Navy officer, and they’re excited to return with their family to bring Salata to Florida for the very first time.
“Healthy eating and staying active are important parts of our lives, and we see a real opportunity to bring that to Nocatee,” shared Jason O’Hara. “The community has been waiting for more healthy dining options, and Salata is the perfect fit.”
Houston-based Salata has over 100 locations nationwide and is known for its tech-enabled ordering, rewards program, and fresh, customizable meals. Soon, Nocatee residents will be the first in Florida to enjoy Salata.
