Nocatee to Celebrate New Crosswater Neighborhoods with February 8th Grand Opening

Live on the First Coast? Interested in a new home in Nocatee? Come out to celebrate the grand opening of TWO new Crosswater at Nocatee neighborhoods on Saturday, February 8th, from 11am to 3pm! Freedom Landing and Pioneer Village will both offer home-designs and community accents that nod to the area's well-established Americana and nostalgic "old towne" theme.

Crosswater's newest neighborhoods are brought to you by David Weekley Homes, Dostie Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes and Riverside Homes. Grand Opening festivities will include:

Using your very own model-home guide, guests will be able to tour up to 13 designer-decorated model-homes! FYI, all floor-plans can be previewed ahead of time by using Nocatee's Find Your Home Tool.

Parking for the event starts at the Pioneer Village Model Park, located at 100 Pioneer Village Dr, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. Golf-cart shuttles will be available. This FREE and family-friendly event is open to the public and a great opportunity to preview the Nocatee lifestyle!
