New Amenities Now Open at Nocatee

Nocatee is pleased to announce that the new amenity additions at the Splash and Spray Water Parks are officially OPEN!

The exciting new slides at the Spray Park are now fully open and operational. These slides are unlike any others in the Nocatee water parks, including a dueling head-first mat slide and a two-person tube slide. The head-first mat slide, Twin Falls, provides side-by-side racing thrills with two twisting and turning lanes and intense G-forces. The two-person tube slide, Island Plunge, allows residents to ride with a friend or family member. The height requirement for both slides is 42 inches.

Serenity Bay, a new family swimming pool, was also added at the entrance of the Spray Water Park and features shallow-water seating and a beach entry. This pool area is secured to keep small children from wandering in or out.

The new adult enclave area at Splash is now open for residents ages 21+, as well as the expanded Sundeck restaurant and bar. The new area includes separate restrooms and direct access to the bar and concessions. This exclusive enclave allows adults to escape to a quiet area with friends or a book. Here, a serenity pool features a beach entry, sun shelf and ample seating.
