The desire for the Nocatee Lifestyle continues to grow, and the demand for new homes is at an all-time high. With new amenities,the addition of two health campuses and many new retailers in Town Center, there's no question why Newsweek named Nocatee the #1 Place to Live in Florida. Given this extraordinary demand, The PARC Group, Nocatee’s Master Developer, has provided a preview into the new neighborhoods that are planned to open in 2023 and 2024. 


CROSSWINDS AT NOCATEE (NOW SELLING)
Crosswinds is Nocatee's newest neighborhood of single-family homes and villas. This highly anticipated neighborhood is located at the northeast intersection of Pine Island Road and Crosswater Parkway, walking distance from Pine Island Academy, St. Johns County's newest K-8 School.   • SEABROOK (NOW SELLING)
    Seabrook is a new collection of neighborhoods located at the southern end of Nocatee, along Conservation Trail. This collection includes: 
    1. Palm Crest, a remarkable new neighborhood of 100 homesites, all with water or preserve views. New homes start in the Mid $700's by Dostie Homes, ICI Homes and Providence Homes.
